| 性 能 特 點 | ·外觀:A組份為淺色粘稠液體，無固體顆粒。B組份為淺黃色混合粘稠液體。 ·固化速度快，25℃時，1－3小時初固化，18小時接近最大粘接強度。 ·以80--100℃烘箱加熱，45-60分鐘完全固化。 ·粘接強度高，韌性好、耐久性好、耐紫外光性能優良。 ·耐溫性能好，適應溫度范圍廣，粘接后在較高的溫度下仍有較好的粘接效果。 ·膠水黏度適中、無氣泡、流平性能良好，固化后表面光潔度良好。 ·粘接表面無需嚴格處理，兩組份按比例調配，使用方便。 ·耐介質性能優良，耐油、水、酸、煤油、乙醇、堿、雜環烴、核輻射等。 ·安全及毒性特征:有極輕微異味，無吸入危險，固化后實際無毒。 ·貯存穩定性較好，貯存期為18月。 主要技術性能指標如下: 耐溫范圍:-45－+400℃ 粘接強度:常溫:拉伸強度≥25MPa; 剪切強度≥22 MPa 150℃:拉伸強度 3－5 MPa |
| 使 用 方 法 | 1、將被粘物除銹、去污、擦凈。 2、將A、B組份按10:1．2-1．5的比例充分調勻,按比例加入B后。 3、 將調好的膠液涂于被粘物表面，合攏、壓實、靜置2~4小時。 4、如果需要將涂覆后的陶瓷表面需成型，則需要在膠水涂覆材質后等其膠水處于初步固化時間，熱壓或者冷壓成型。 |
| 注 意 事 項 | 1、 取膠工具絕不可混用。 2、 操作環境注意通風。 3、 膠液如觸及皮膚，可及時用肥皂水沖洗. 4、 未用完的膠應蓋好，置于陰涼通風處。 |
