| 性 能 特 點 | ·外觀:白色或者淺黃透明粘稠液體，無固體顆粒。 ·固化速度快，125℃時，2-10分鐘固化。再以150度恒溫保持5分鐘。 ·粘接強度高，耐久、耐紫外光性能優良。 ·耐溫性能好，適應溫度范圍廣，粘接后在較高的溫度下仍有較好的粘接效果。 .更適用于高溫絲網印刷工藝，其抗震、抗壓、抗拉、抗沖擊等物理性能，能滿足在高溫下高溫低溫轉印要求。 ·粘接表面無需嚴格處理，均勻施膠即可，使用方便。 ·耐介質性能優良，耐油、水、酸、煤油、乙醇、堿、輻照等。 ·安全及毒性特征:有極輕微異味，無吸入危險，固化后實際無毒。 ·貯存穩定性較好，貯存期為12個月。 主要技術性能指標如下:耐溫范圍:-45－+355℃ 粘接強度:常溫:拉伸強度≥22MPa; 剪切強度≥20 Mpa 200℃:拉伸強度 3－4.5 MPa |
| 使 用 方 法 | 1、將被粘物除銹、去污、擦凈。 2、將調好的膠液涂于被粘物表面，合攏、壓實、靜置2~4小時。 |
| 注 意 事 項 | 1、 操作環境注意通風。 2、 膠液如觸及皮膚，可及時用肥皂水沖洗. 3、 未用完的膠應蓋好，置于陰涼通風處。 |
