石塑地板怎么安裝Installation of SPC floor
(一)地面檢測(cè)Ground test
1、使用溫度濕度計(jì)檢測(cè)溫濕度,室內(nèi)溫度以及地表溫度以15℃為宜,不應(yīng)在5℃以下及30℃以上施工。宜于施工的相對(duì)空氣濕度應(yīng)界于20%-75%之間。Temperature hygrometer were used to detect temperature and humidity, indoor temperature and surface temperature at 15 ℃ advisable, should not be below 5 ℃ and 30 ℃ above construction.For the construction of relative humidity of the air should be between 20% to 75%.
2、使用含水率測(cè)試儀檢測(cè)基層的含水率,基層的含水率應(yīng)小于3%。

3、基層的強(qiáng)度不應(yīng)低于混凝土強(qiáng)度C-20的要求,否則應(yīng)采用適合的自流平來加強(qiáng)強(qiáng)度。Grassroots strength should not be lower than the requirement of concrete strength C - 20, otherwise should adopt suitable self-leveling to enhance strength.
4、用硬度測(cè)試儀檢測(cè)結(jié)果應(yīng)是基層的表面硬度不低于1.2兆帕。

5、對(duì)于石塑地板材料的施工,基層的不平整度應(yīng)在2米直尺范圍內(nèi)高低落差小于2毫米,否則應(yīng)采用適合的自流平進(jìn)行找平。

(二)地坪預(yù)處理Ground level ground preprocessing
1、采用1000瓦以上的地坪打磨機(jī)配適當(dāng)?shù)哪テ瑢?duì)地坪進(jìn)行整體打磨,除去油漆,膠水等殘留物,凸起和疏松的地塊,有空鼓的地塊也必須去除。With more than 1000 watts of floor polishing machine with appropriate grinding to whole floor polishing, remove paint, glue residue, such as convex and loose plot, free drum plot must also be removed.

(三)自流平施工—打底Self-leveling construction - base

(四)自流平施工—攪拌Self-leveling construction - stirring
1、將一包自流平按照規(guī)定的水灰比倒入盛有清水的攪拌桶中,邊傾倒邊攪拌。

2、為確保自流平攪拌均勻,須使用大功率、低轉(zhuǎn)速的電鉆配專用攪拌器進(jìn)行攪拌。In order to ensure the self-leveling stir well, you must use high power, low speed electric drill with special mixer to stir.
3、攪拌至無結(jié)塊的均勻漿液,將其靜置熟化約3分,再短暫攪拌一次。Stir until no caked homogeneous slurry, aged to let stand for about 3 points, stir briefly again.

(五)自流平施工—鋪設(shè)Self-leveling construction - laying
1、將攪拌好的自流平漿料傾倒在施工的地坪上,它將自行流動(dòng)并找平地面,如果設(shè)計(jì)厚度≤毫米,則需借助專用的齒刮板稍加批刮。Dump self-leveling slurry mixture on the construction of the floor, it will flow and leveling the ground, if the design thickness mm or less, need to use special teeth scraping board a little batch.
2、隨后應(yīng)讓施工人員穿上專用的釘鞋,進(jìn)入施工地面,用專用的自流平放氣滾筒在自流平表面輕輕滾動(dòng),將攪拌中混入的空氣放出,避免氣泡麻面及接口高差。
