產品外殼為鋼板焊接而成，表面粉末靜電噴塑；
可根據用戶提供的電氣原理圖及主要技術參數選用相應的防爆元件，設計配電柜的外形尺寸；
可根據用戶要求布置面板，有直接操作或開門后操作等形式；
本產品有多種方案具備多種功能，可由用戶根據實際情況定制，常見方案舉例:
① 多路動力(照明)配電柜
配電柜通過將多個防爆斷路器或動力(照明)配電箱及數個防爆接線箱組合，可在電壓380V，電流630A的三相交流50Hz配電系統中實現動力、照明配電設備的電能轉換分配及控制。
② 多路電磁起動配電柜
通過將多個防爆電磁起動器或電磁起動箱和防爆斷路器、操作柱和防爆接線箱等組合，可在電壓380V的三相交流50Hz的配電系統中實現動力配送及電動機的集中控制，支路最大可達160A，可根據用戶要求實現遠距離控制，并可根據要求加裝信號燈、電壓表、電流表等監控裝置。
③ 多路降壓起動配電柜
將防爆降壓起動箱置于防護柜中，實現交流50Hz、電壓為380V、電路中容量為95KW及以下的三相鼠籠型電動機的不頻繁降壓起動，具有短路、缺相、過流堵轉等保護功能、可以手動、自動和遠控多種方式來控制。
④ 計量、監測控制配電柜
通過內裝各種防爆電表或各種二次儀表，從而實現對電路中參數、壓力、溫度等各種物理量的計算和監測。
⑤ 混合型配電柜
根據用戶要求，將相應的防爆電器元件組合，從而滿足用戶現場需求。
